  • Conquering fear: Visualize Shri Krishna's abode high up in the clouds. Then visualize yourself rising above the problem that is causing fear in you. You rise up, thousands of feet above the problem, and rest in the lap of Shri Krishna. Shri Krishna then reminds you of your eternal nature. You are beyond death and destruction. Shri Krishna has taken personal responsibility for your well-being.
